Syndics Research Corporation is excited to announce a joint-effort to provide industry-specific measures to organizations such as yours.  These measures are designed to improve satisfaction, retention, clinical competence, and patient care, representing thousands of physicians, employees, and patients for hundreds of facilities across the United States.  Joining us in this effort are United Surgical Partners International, HCA’s Ambulatory Surgery Division, and National Surgical Hospitals.  We are building upon our current efforts to provide a national baseline of satisfaction measures to all participating facilities and organizations.   

By participating in these programs, your organization can receive company-specific reporting on critical measures such as overall satisfaction, compared to the national benchmark for all participating organizations.  You can use these measures to determine if your organization is exceeding, meeting, or falling short of national standards.  Additional measures can be included and customized to your organization’s needs.  These measures identify the strengths and opportunities your facility or organization may have.
