studies designed to meet clients' needs. We pride ourselves on being

which research methods best apply to a research problem, and our expertise in
research design enables us to apply those methods and finding actionable
solutions for our clients.
We utilize mail, telephone,
online, in-person, and a variety of interviewing methods to access respondents.
Syndics will conduct or coordinate all data collection. We process the
data in-house, using proven tabulation and statistical software. Even in
the design process, we look ahead to ensure we deploy the best analytical tools
to achieve research objectives and report the findings to our clients.
Design Services:
We have a proven track
record of working with clients to design research programs that meet the
objectives set forth in planning. Sample plans, analytical plans, and
reporting plans can be developed prior to conducting the study. These
plans help ensure the successful partnering of our staff and our clients.
We work with clients to set objectives and design a data collection tool that
will capture the data in an accurate and efficient manner. Advanced
analytical tools can be incorporated into the design of a study. Tools
such as Choice-Based Conjoint analysis or Max-Dif applications can and should be
outlined in the design process.
Of course, costs should be
considered when designing a study, and we work with clients to maximize value. Alternative solutions can be presented in our
proposals in order to provide our clients with the best value possible.
Data Collection and
Processing:
Implementing the data
collection for a study can be as simple as mailing and collecting returned
surveys or as complex as staffing personal interviewers in stores across
multiple markets. We have the flexibility and experience to manage and
coordinate interviewers at multiple locations, to manage and host online
surveys, to mail and collect self-administered questionnaires, and to manage and
coordinate telephone or computer-administered surveys.
We provide customized cross tabulation services with indicators of statistical significance
built into each banner.
Analytical services:
Syndics Research Corporation conducts a full
range of analytical services designed to answer the research questions and
challenges of businesses operating in a multitude of settings. We have
experience with advanced statistical analysis that includes regression,
correlation, turf, conjoint, and Max-Dif analysis. For more on the

Reporting:
Reporting is a key to communication. We
provide creative insight into the research issues, with clear, concise text and
graphics. All of our reports include an Executive Summary with
conclusions and recommendations derived from the data at hand as well as our
experience over the years. We can provide reporting in just about any
format clients prefer including Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF files, and
complete chart decks can be provided as supporting documentation. We can
adjust our reporting methods to meet your needs including layout and format.
All reports are delivered on paper and in electronic formats for easy
distribution.
Qualitative Methods:
Over the years, our staff has moderated thousands of focus groups and conducted
hundreds of in-depth interviews. We continue to believe in the value of
qualitative research, and we always consider these methods in the design of a
research program.
Secondary
Research: We have
the capabilities and experience to conduct searches of secondary research for
market analysis and competitive intelligence.
